Details are held for up to 12 months after initial purchase or promotion. After this, they are then destroyed in a secure manner. Local Act Comics Delivery and Returns Policy Delivery Policy Most LAC products are delivered via Australia Post Regular Post service; an additional charge will be incurred for buyers requesting express, overnight or courier delivery. Please ensure that you provide a valid delivery address. Where a valid address is not provided the purchaser will bear the expense to have the goods re-delivered. Returns Policy Time Limit LAC is happy to accept returns up to 30 days after the item was delivered Change of Mind We are unable to offer a refund for a change of mind. Faulty or unsuitable items or items received in error If you have received a faulty item or an unsuitable item, or received an item in error, we are happy to replace, exchange or refund the item for you. We will pay the costs of postage and handling if you return a faulty or unsuitable item or an item received in error. If you choose to exchange or replace the item we will pay the costs of postage and handling of the replacement item. Please contact us before returning any items. Damaged Items All products are carefully packed to endure reasonable handling through the delivery process. We are NOT responsible for damage resulting from abnormal or extreme delivery conditions. How long does a refund take? Refunds are usually processed within 14 business days. We will email you once we have processed your refund. All refunds must be issued to the original purchaser. LAC Continuity of Customer Service © In order to enhance your shopping experience LAC has created the LAC Continuity of Customer Service © system, which means the person who initially processed the order, becomes the point of contact for the entire transaction. The LAC Continuity of Customer Service © means that an LAC representative will personally deal with you from point of purchase, post and delivery to answering questions and even fielding any complaints you may have. So throughout your purchase there will be someone who knows your name and transaction history, unlike some other internet based companies where you may be handled by many different people, frustratingly repeating your entire history each time.
